Mr. Rajeeva Kansal is a graduate Electrical Engineer from IIT-Kanpur and has done his Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (MBA) from IIM-Ahmedabad. He has over 33 years of corporate experience in Marketing, Sales and General Management of Business Units. His work experience covers industries such as Switchgear, Thermal Insulations, Cement, Insurance, Consulting etc. In recent years, he has worked on consultancy assignments on re-structuring of organisations, business process re-engineering, assessment centres, job evaluation and performance management. During the past 2 years, Mr. Kansal has been devoting his time to the management of FOSTIIMA. As, apart from teaching soft skills to the students, Chairman of the Placement Committee of FOSTIIMA, he maintains contacts with corporates in a wide variety of industry segments.
